• 申請金額：每月新台幣 500 元，每學期收取4個月費用 2,000 元(上學期:9-12 月)，(下學期 2-5 月)，

• Application Fee: Monthly 500 NTD, payments are made every 4 months (Sep – Dec), (Feb – May),which totals to 2,000 NTD

• 凡本校參加團保學生因疾病或遭遇意外傷害事故，以致身故、殘廢或需住院、手術及門診治療

​（含 疾病未住院門診），於發生事故 2 年內，持有健保醫院或診所開具之相關完整文件，可申請理賠。

• Students can file claims on incidents of illness, injuries caused by accidents, hospitalization, surgeries, clinic treatments,

​disabilities, and even death within two years of the occurrences. To file claims, students are required to present medical related document.
