1、Students who apply for withdrawal or leave of absence before or on the registration date.

2、Students who apply for withdrawal or leave of absence from the day after the registration date up to the day before classes (semester start).

One-third of tuition payable, fees exempt

3、Students who apply for withdrawal or leave of absence after the start of classes (semester start) but before one-third of the semester has elapsed.
